2/26/08 to 2/26/09

A year ago today I found out that I was pregnant! Tim and I were so happy. I thought giving myself shots during fertility treatments were tough....the next couple of months proved to be very trying. We wanted a baby so bad that we were willing to try anything so every morning at 5:30AM, Tim would give me a shot. My pregnancy wasn't an easy one but thanks to the support of Tim and my family, we have our dream come true. He's an amazing little baby. It can be tough, with the sleep deprivation and the crying spurts but Aidan is truly a blessing. A blessing at times, I wondered if I would have the chance to have. I can honestly say that my 9 months of pregnancy and the year prior of treatments, dragged on, was frustrating, scary and tested us. But then we'd have an ultrasound and see Baby Bundy and we were rejuvenated! Since Aidan was born, time just flies by and every morning I wake up, I give my thanks to God and remind myself how extremely lucky I am to be Aidan's Mom. When Tim and I say he is our perfect miracle, we mean it in every way. I love you Tim and Aidan.

Visit to the pediatrician

Aidan had his four month check-up today. He weighs 13 pounds and is 24.5 inches long. The pediatrician said we could start introducing baby food....his Uncle Eric just told us the same thing this weekend! Aidan received four immunization shots today. It's heart-breaking to hear your little boy cry like that. Speaking of crying, Aidan had a rough night and morning. Grandma came to the rescue...yeah! Aidan has been going to Grandma and Grampy's house everyday now for a month! Thank you Mom and Jim for taking excellent care of little A. Mom, thanks so much for always being there for us. You're an amazing woman and I aspire to be like you.

2/21/09 Aidan's 4 months old!

Aidan, every morning I cannot wait for you to wake up and smile at me. I'm always so tired and busy working but the minute I hear your little body start to move, I rush in to see you. You light up my day! You've changed so much in a month. You sleep through the night, you smile constantly and when we talk to you, you respond with cute babbles. Your Daddy and I want you to know how happy our lives are now that you're here. It takes us 3 days to watch an hour long show because we're watching your Baby Einstein movie but that's alright.....we sit on the couch together watching you and all your cuteness! You still cry at night but I love holding you close, singing, reading, rocking....whatever it takes to help you (and me of course) get to dreamland! We love you.

2/20/09 Brandon's 9 months old!

Hi cousin! You'll be nine months old in an hour! I'm aware of the time because I don't like to go to bed before 11PM....not sure why Mommy keeps trying! I can't wait to see you again. Mommy said we're probably going to drive to see you next weekend. Grandma and Grampy might drive with me and Mommy. I'll show you how I can roll over now.....maybe you can teach me how to roll back over. I can roll from my back to my tummy easily and I've figured out to roll and get on my back but it's not very easy and I start to get upset being on my stomach too long. There are a lot of things you can teach me. I miss you. Love you cuz.

Little Aidan playing!

Who needs a video camera when a regular digital camera can take pretty good videos? So, instead of buying an HD video camera, it's time for a new flat screen 46" Samsung TV!! Tif? Is that OK?.... Hee hee. I tried.

Isn't he awesome!

Daytona 500!

Aidan watched his first Daytona 500 this past Sunday! I recorded the race and waited for Aidan to wake up from his nap so that he could hear his first "Gentleman, start your engines!" I told him we were rooting for Mark Martin who started the race second in position. Mark Martin took the lead but sadly did not end up winning the race. Matt Kennseth won the race under red flag conditions, not the most exciting. Aidan and I had a fun time watching the race. I have a quick video of Aidan to prove he liked it! Mommy is so proud of her little race fan!

Playing with my new camera

After setting the exposure time on my camera to 15 seconds, you can use a flashlight to write letters if you know how... Its pretty fun, geeky, and kinda cool.

Here is a picture I took in my dark garage. You have to move fast to get all the letters in on time. You also have to know when to cover the bulb on the flashlight. That way there are no connecting lights to each letter!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Mommy and Daddy say I'm the cutest, most awesome baby. You have to admit, I do have the best smile! It's my first Valentine's Day and my Mommy and Daddy bought me two books!
Love, Aidan

Aidan can roll all the way to his stomach now!!

He now does it a lot and it is so exciting for us to watch. We are so proud of him. He just hates to be on his stomach so he starts to freak a bit if he is there too long but he is getting better day by day.

This is a long video, but shows him rolling onto his stomach a few times.

And this video shows Aidan actually rolling back!

Hello everyone, here is the first video of Aidan rolling to the side a few times. Its so darn cute how he sticks his feet straight to the sky and then sort of rolls over. Aidan rolled to the side for the first time on February 5th, 2009... Oh, and he's watching the baby Einstein DVD that Aunt Amy sent to him. He loves it!

Happy Birthday Grampy!

Happy Birthday Grampy! I'm looking forward to spending your birthday with you. I'll try to not cry so much so that you have a good day. Mommy tells me everday how lucky I am that you and Grandma watch me and take such good care of me while Mommy works. Thank you for playing with me and getting me to smile. I love you!

Aidan's 1st Super Bowl

I watched my first Super Bowl this past Sunday! We had a great time at Grandma and Grampy's. Grandma made her famous tortilla chips and cheese popcorn, but still just milk for me. From all the yelling, it must have been a good game. Grandma told Grampy, Mommy and Daddy to be quiet since I kept trying to take naps. I watched the kick-off and since Mommy loves Bruce Springsteen, she sang to me during half-time. Daddy got me to smile at the end of the game! Everybody laughed and kept smiling at me so they must love it when I smile!
